The Oxer brothers have always been entrepreneurs. Starting at an early age the brothers delivered the Greenwich Time, recycled bottles and cans they collected around Cos Cob and had a landscape business cutting lawns, shoveling snow, raking and blowing leaves and fulfilling requests for property maintenance such as plantings, clean-ups and painting fences. Residents of Cos Cob recall them driving all around town on lawn tractors, their equipment in tow. Between their own businesses and working at the family service station they became known for their work ethic and friendliness. Customer service became ingrained at an early age. Recommendations swirled regarding the quality of their work and the cleanliness with which they left a job site.

During the early days of the Covid 19 pandemic, Matthew and Tommy started to investigate the opportunities for a portable restroom business catering to events and contracting sites. With their experience in the contracting business, related plumbing and sewer drain work, the brothers purchased their initial inventory of portable restroom units, including handicapped units; hand sanitizers and wash sinks in early 2021. With local contacts, well-meaning advisors and a reputation for good service and cleanliness their business flourished and continues to expand.
